What People's Say About Place

This is one of those hidden gems in the Miller area of Gary. I had driven past many times and stopped by for a girls night with my cousin. The staff were awesome. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was great. We had drinks, wings as the appetizer, Fried Rice and Ramen with BBQ steak. The owner even stopped by to greet us. I will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends and family

We decided to break up a road trip from Omaha to Cleveland with stops to local eats (because what fun is a roadtrip otherwise?!) Tiny’s was out of the way, but worth the stop! We didn’t realize it was an actual bar, derp, but that only made me get FOMO for the atmosphere that place could provide at night! -We came for breakfast- We got the cheesy egg Sammy, and brisket biscuit and gravy, and it was nothing short of amazing! The portion was perfect, and worth the price point. Definitely on the list of midpoint stops next time we take this trip! I also wanted to add that the artwork is is fantastic, you can tell there’s a lot of passion pieces! The servers were so sweet as well, you could tell they like working there!

We had a lovely delicious meal last week. The service was excellent and we were served quickly with hot food. They have changed up their menu, but I couldn’t resist the urge for a great burger – and it did not disappoint! Even the guitar player was really good and he wasn’t too loud. We were able to still have a conversation while listening to him. Keep up the good work, Tiny’s! Kay & Randy Lewis

Me and my girls stopped in here by chance for a little coffee meetup and ended up loving the establishment! The bar tenders were amazing. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable! The vibes were something out of a movie. We definitely said we plan to come back! Mari, Matt, and Em were the absolute best. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was very flavorful! I also had the espresso martini and it was just perfect! 10/10 place

Everything was amazing from start to finish... i had CARAMEL MACCHIATO Vanilla syrup, steamed milk/foam, and a generous drizzle of caramel, espresso. And CHEESY FRIED EGG SAMMY Egg, cheese, on biscuit or toast, your choice of ham or extra thick bacon Service was great... I'll be back

Staff was amazing and my French toast was heavenly. If you're in the area I would definitely take the time to stop home by and let your mouth be in heaven, trust me you will not regret it. Also amazing choice in music selection. Another thing that I found very interesting was that they actually have three different menus part of me because I don't remember when each one comes into play but that's a lot of dedication going into what they do, so you should stop by and show them some love.

Had lunch at Tiny’s today. They are located just down the street from Lake Michigan in the Miller Beach part of Gary. Free EV charger across the street too! We ordered the black bean burger, vegan chicken sandwich and avocado toast. We loved all of it, great flavors. We had two iced lattes with almond milk, very good. They were very knowledgeable about all things vegan and happy to accommodate. Outside space is so cool too.

We visited Tiny’s today and really loved our brunch. I had the Shrimp and Grits with bacon and it was very good. My squad had the Biscuits and Gravy and Cheesy Egg Biscuit. The biscuit was flaky and crisp and the gravy was loaded with flavor. The smoked, candied bacon was out of this world. The owner has an extensive background in upscale food establishments from his time spent in Chicago. The bar itself was constructed out of a recycled bowling alley floor from Crown Point. The owner shared a story of his grandfather ‘Tiny’ an old school bootlegger from Tennessee who settled in LaGrange, Illinois and was afforded special privileges by the town due to his reputation for his high quality ‘Hooch’. I highly recommend a trip to Gary, Indiana’s Miller Beach and patronize this local, small business with a big heart and outstanding menu.
